Hotspot shield 1.06 and vista

I want to install Hotspot shield 1.06 on a vista machine.During the installation, windows displays a prompt like this

Windows cannot verify the publisher of this driver software

Don't install the driver

Instal this software any way

If i choose dont... then it doesn't work,will it be safe to install the driver .Will it give me BSOD?Has anyone used this before?

yes you can install the app. i have it too and haven't got BSOD as yet. neat s/w though
