Harry Potter Drama Help

Hi friends,

We are doing a harry potter - Order of pheonix drama in our school on the eve of annual day.

We have projector in school and want to use it to give background and all.

I have got it working by embedding videos in flash (Flash CS3) and now want to create the wand effect ie: it shud allow to place beginning point and end point and show a lightning like wand power.

help me to do this in flash or anything else if possible

sorry mate do not know much of flash.

Though I hope regularly working, you can figure out something, like a video or contious pic rolling to give any such effect.
