Vista Explorer Problem

i m using Vista 32 bit since last 1 year. i found explorer problem last week and i need a your help to solve the problem. when i try to open my C drive, i m getting the message "window explorer is stop working" and explorer automatically get closed. it happens to D drive also and i scan both the drive, on D drive problem is solved but problem is still there on C drive. i had run virus scan, boot scan but could not found anything.
Kindly suggest the solution.

I guess this happens when a virus corrupts some file/folder. As your explorer is crashing as soon as open your C drive, the corrupted file/folder should most probably be sitting atop your c drive.

Open up your command prompt and do the directory listing there, in case you find some unwanted file/folder, remove it. This should solve your problem.

Alternatively, you can download some third party explorer for analyzing.
