Break Admin password

Hey friends,
Sm1 has changed my admin password. Now i'm unable to get access to my account. Can any one tell me how to resolve this problem.
Can it be possible without format.
Help me out.

Boot into safe mode, and if you will be lucky you will found admin account without password.

or in boot screen press alt-ctrl-delete 2 times and then enter administrator as username

or if u want to just view ur files and don't want to install anything just give GUEST as username
