Quote:
NDIS.SYS
Thats your network interface driver.
Quote:
nv4_disp.dll
Thats your nvidia display driver.
Quote:
WIN32K.SYS
Thats your core windows driver, which is the base for all kernel mode operations.
Quote:
NTFS.SYS
Thats your ntfs filesystem driver.
Quote:
TCPIP.SYS
Thats your tcp/ip protocol driver, which is the base for connecting to net etc.

Nothing can help you except a clean reinstall of windows. Several core windows drivers are corrupt, and even repairing windows may be buggy for you. Others may suggest using an antivirus, blah blah, but this is the only guarenteed solution I can give you. Format the C drive and reinstall windows.

there might be some complex solutions to fix your problems but the best option is to simply reinstall your windows, takes 20-25 mins and all the problems just vanish away!
