Boot Lock a System with USB Drive

Hi,

Can somebody let me know how to boot lock a system using a USB drive, I have used the USB PC LOCK, but that is necessary only when the system is booted.

Also googled to find the locking mechanism by the boot.ini, ntldr , ntdetect files , but that is applicable only for the XP. I need an exact equivalent for the Vista. I use Vista home premium edition.

I think this tutorial for it was given in the Digit Magazine , in one of their anniversary editions sometime back ! u'll have to luk for it !

Hmm. I'm not a subscriber and also I don't buy the issues regularly.

Can somebody post me the tutorial or atleast let me know in which edition of the Magazine was it featured?

Again I need this particular option on Vista Home Premium Edition not on XP.
