Default Infra-red


I know it's a stupid question, but i just want 2 know........

Is there a software that enables data transfer from a cell phone 2 a PC through infra-red.

If so........is it downloadable.....and if so where?

You need an IrDA receiver for your PC, the driver disc will have the necessary drivers to enable the software. But, in all honesty, IrDA transfer should only be used for college projects, its pathetic otherwise.

If you haf an older laptop then you will need driver for the remote device. But honestly as Manan said its not usable much. The connection is very unstable and slow.
