Question Best Software for these needs..??

GuysI need a single software which can remove all these unwanted data from my sytem,
like temp files, remains of uninsatalled files if any, cookies and spywares so that
I can make my machine clean and safe. Can you recommend me one?

CCleaner and Spybot SnD should do the trick

Tried CCleaner. Good s/w . Yes I use a combination of CCleaner and Spybot now.

Spyware: Spybot + Windows defender + a better browser (Opera/Firefox/Safari)
