Dude you need to make a KVCD out of it...

Here are the steps:---

What you need

-> TMPGEnc -> KVCD templates (Save the templates to the "template folder" in the TMPGEnc directory.

(It can be that the template has a .txt extention at the end. You have to delete that extention, otherwise TMPGEnc won't

recognize the template!)

-> Avicodec ================================================== ==========================

First Part
----------

Finding out what format the original AVI is in and the audio information...

1. open Avicodec2. Click select and load the AVI file you want to encode
3. First check if the video codec is installed.
4. Now memorize the frame rate in the video box.
4. Now check if the audio codec is installed.
5. Memorize the audio's Hz and the channel count. (Usually 2 channels)

In TMPGEnc

1. Open TMPGEnc
2. If the wizard opens quit it.
3. Now browse to the AVI's location and load it.
4. Now load the KVCD template (A personal recommendation: Use the kVCD ULBR templates. They produce great quality and you can

fit up to 360 minutes on one CD-R!.)
5. Now go to Stream type and check "System (Video+Audio)" The output will be an mpeg-1 with video and audio

Second Part
-----------

The settings.

1. In TMPGEnc go to "Setting"
2. Now go to the "Video" tab
3. Go to Rate control mode and click "Setting"
4. Now increase the quality to 90
5. Click OK
6. go to the "Advanced" tab
7. Make sure you have "Full Screen (Keep Aspect Ratio)" selected (looks best on the TV-set)
9. Now go to the "Audio" tab.
10.Select the right Sampling frequency that you have found out in AVIcodec before. (32000/44100/48000).
(Note:Some DVD player don't support 44100 Hz but try for yourself)
11.Select the right channel count (ususally 2 channel)
12.Now select the right audio bitrate (128 is sufficient but don't expect too great a sound.
13.OK, now you're ready to go, click OK and then start encoding[]

The encoding will take about the movie's length, depending on your computer of course!

Incase you want the final result to be a video CD file (.dat extension) so that you can view on the VCD player the KVCD format is the best. In my case i got a 3hr Hindi movie on a single CD-R 700MB Burning on a disc was not an issue since i got it as a .bin,.cue files (disc image files).

use total video converter... here you can split the video files in to smaller files and save in any format including VCD format.... I think (not sure) you can create a VCD using the same software... or use nero...
