Default Run32dll.exe and userinit.exe app error?


Hi guys got a serious prob ia m tottally pissed off . Yest was updating spyware doctor and spybot and some sws.suddenyl i got a error sayin

Code:
userInit.exe-Application error 
The application failed to initialise properly(0xc0000005).Click on OK to terminate the application.
Same thin i got for run32dll.exe ..i reinstalled it installed sws and all stil same error no prob wit the sp3 installtion .I am using a MSDN VLK Sp3 bootable cd...i googled for errors ..got some info in keily tricks and al bt the dint work .. even the command prompt is not workin ...pLSEAS help its been almost 3 tmes i installed windows.. and its a pain in ma *..

0xC0000005 is the memory access violation error. This page explains it better than I can:

Did u try to boot the Computer into Safe Mode and Check for the Error Message, If It works fine in Safe Mode, Try Clean boot!

I'm not sure if it was a typo, but it should be rundll32.exe and not run32dll.exe
If its run32dll.exe then its probably malware.
