Dual Boot Query

Friends i have been tired of unimpressive games quality in Windows Vista than Xp.
Now i want to install windows xp over my current os that is Windows Vista Ultimate.
I have read many TUTs on it even on the forum but couldn't get.

Now i heard of EASYBCD so could some one tell me how to use it and please note that i don't HAVE A VISTA RECOVERY DISK

You will not be able to install Windows XP over Vista. Vista is a latest version and Windows operating system does not allow lower versions to install on lastest version.
Hence you need to format your hard drive and install XP. After that you can install Vista if you want.
