computer getting hang

hello

i've just installed zone Alarm .
i've AVG installed in my machine.
i've windows xp professional with sp2 in my lenovo laptop
after that my machine is getting hanged while scrolling also.

is there any compalibity problem with ZA?

Where did you get that version of ZA? Scroll to the end of this page. That's where you will get the latest ZA v7.0.483.000 for XP. For Vista there's a different version but its still not the version that you said.

The conflict is most likely because of using the wrong version. You may want to read this.

Only if you are using AVG antispyware for real time protection with ZA Internet Security Suite or ZA Pro or ZA Anti-Spyware, then it might be conflicting with the ZA's antispyware. Then you can try turning off ZA's antispyware. If you are using AVG for on-demand scans only, then don't turn off ZA's antispyware.

Use Free comodo firewall Pro + pc tools antivirus
use only comodo firewall (FIREWALL FEATURE) and do not use its (DEFENCE FEATURE) as its defence feature makes computer slow

1)when u are installing it uncheck the defence setting.
2)After installation set these settings

Firstly you will remove your 2nd antivirus only one antivirus is used for your PC & than check the CPU ,RAM & hdd also check the event Viewer for this.I think it has RAM problem.

both antivirus wont work
remove both
then use ccleaner and remove them form registry and other things
reboot
then install kaspersky
or watever u want
