Strange problem plz help

Hi got a problem with my system. I downloaded Google earth which included a malware or spyware hidden inside. When i tried to install it McAfee detected and removed but it left a desktop screen saying



when i change wallpaper, it replaces it with this screen on next reboot.
It also removed "Desktop" tab from properties, see below

Spybot search and destroy.

These are very trust worthy anti spyware.

u downloaded a pirated version of Google Earth dats why....
U deserved the spyware...
Either use the free version or pay for it.. dont download cracked versions...
Remember: There is no free lunch
