rapidshare problem...

whenever i try to download something from rapidshare it says"your ip is already downloading a file.plz wait until the downloads completes."but i'm not downloading anything.

how will i find out if any download is running in the background?
or is it that somebody else is downloading from my ip?is it possible?

clear ur cookies...disable net connection...reboot...then check the downloading

It seems like you are using a shared IP address which means that two or more subscribers from your ISP are using the same IP.Best way to deal with the situation is to 1.download "very late" at night when very few people are downloading from rapidshare or 2.just keep on waiting and trying till they finish because only one person or IP address can download from rapidshare at a time.

is there any possibily for getting any software(download manager for rapidshare) which hides/changes ip

there is no need for any software that hide or change ur ip address. u r using bsnl connection. u must be getting dynamic ip address every time u switch on the modem (i.e. ur ip address becomes different, every time u turn on the modem) ... enough said

its always to use premium account when downloading from Rapidshare or either use Torrents

Bsnl ip are banned by rapidshare for bandwidth reasons
but this is temporary
it will soon be fine

You can go to a cafe and test ur account if u want to but be sure that cafe is ot using bsnl
