My Drive empty

In my system all drive are showing blank but it contains full data what shall i do i have scanned full system but still am facing the same problem plz anybody can help me. thanking u

are you able to access your data from a live disc ?
are you sure the files are not hidden and you have disabled viewing of hidden files ?
are you trying to access them as an administrator or as a limited user ?
have you enabled viewing of critical system files in folder options ?

I have heard of viruses that change the properties of a large number of files to make them "critical system files" which are hidden in windows...

Ya am trying from administrator itself. i have tryed antivirus iceworld in that it shows all my data . and i have enable show hidden files but still i cant see my data i cant format it plz try to help me.

never heard of this antivirus???
better use some good antivirus such as AVG,KIS etc
boot using a Bart-PE CD & then check the drive from there...
this problem happens due to corruption in file system...

Kaspersky or NOD32 should work. Lame antiviruses might even damage system(just joking)

Online scanning might do. But then we need something to remove anything that is infected. I think there is a virus with the windows explorer.

Ya thanks yar it works it was hidden critical system files. but how to remove hidden option from folders the folders are blur i have to try to remove hidden but it is disable.
