Find target button not work

Nothing happens when i tries to click on find Target button of any shortcut of desktop or other aria.
I tries to fix this according this reg hack, but it not works(i have find it on a site one year ago):

seems u have a registry problem which has been created by a malware..

try running good registry cleaners.. it will help..

Thanks SUDE for reply, But i have always a virus/ malware free system.
I use ccleaner also but not help here.
Except this problem my system is running fine without any problem.
I think here some registry entries are missed.
But i dont know which registry entry is missed.
If any one know about which registry keys are related to the Find Target Button, then it can help me.

^^ oh, thanks here for advice but i have also tried to search on google, but it gives some other peoples like a same problem as my.
But no solution or idea there.
Your first link is for same problem but no help.
second is paid. and i can not share it.
BTW i am also trying to solve this problem but no idea at that time.
