Hello ,
I have registered a domain name and ,also managed DNS too. now ,I dont want webhosting for my small site(secret) . I almost configured the site to use my blogger account.

while AFAIK wordpress is not free?does it? .Is there any other options?(free?).

..and someone tell me ,is there any need to setup mx records,NS(already configured) ,TXT etc? also cname direction url is ghs.google.com na? can we add n numbers of CNAME?

Wordpress is free man...
See if ur webhost has Cpanel with fantastico,then u can install it one click
no need to do any such hard works when u have Cpanel with fantastico
if ur host doesn't have one then i say ditch it

^well ,cpanel all there. AFAIK WP asks $10/year for hosting na?

awww... CNAME ,DNS all edited.now how much time will it take for blogger.com to fix all!?

for eg : let my site is prakash.com .in blogger ,I entered www.prakash.com ,since with my CNAME ,I have "www" as the host.
the fqdn I used was ghs.google.com .Hope it is Correct?

How much time will it take ?

It takes 24 hours for DNS Propogation. You can use OpenDNS for faster DNS propogation

MX records is needed if u wan 2 setup email account with Google Apps with ur domain name [i am not even mentioning M.S. Live domains ]

AFAIK for blogger it is still ghs.google.com
but for Google apps, some people had been asked to use other CNAME recrod, u must check out before adding the record

u can add different CNAME entries pointing to different subdomains

lets say , I registered prakash.com .now ,in the CNAME edit option on cpanel ,I added www as host . so ,it www.prakash.com . then I used google ghs.google.com and site is working ,if I enter www.prakash.com NOT prakash.com

In blogger option ,I have entered www.prakash.com as the entry .also ,I ticked "redirect prakash.com to www.prakash.com .

but still , if I try prakash.com ,it fails .Any Tips?

and ,in blogger ,what is the benefit of I enable "? which wildcard combination to use?

u will have to perform a 301 re-direct

just add an A-record in your DNS control panel pointing prakash.com to the IP address alloted to you by axspace

in axspace redirect prakash.com to www.prakash.com with the re-directs option

dint go for a .sh domain name

no. this time you will have to add an A-record entry [alongside the CNAME entry you alredy have. don't disturb it]

the A-record [IPaddress] will be provided to you when you sing up with them

before that , see @slugger : In blogger ,we have an option in dashboard >settings>publishing>custom domain where we can set redirecting prakash.com to www.prakash.com and vice versa

enabling that did not work for me

sumbody on Google groups told me it works only for domain names bot thru blogger [or even thru godaddy [godaddy part i don't exactly remember]]

you cud use Tumblr lotsa features, cool templates allows you to tweak [new version of wordpress apparently has taken sum features present in Tumblr]

will also get access with prakash.com directly

nice but i would strongly recommend u to use wordpress...when compared to blogger
and moreover wordpress is open source and will fit perfectly to ur character
