Default BSNL internet problem

I am using Smartax MT882 router. There are some particular sites which never load on my browser. i have tried different browsers IE, Firefox, Opera.

Its not a problem with the browser. When I do a tracert I find that it doesnt even reach the router.

See the scrren shot below.

As far as I know i havent made any significant changes on my router. Also the problem is with a select few sites not all.

This is the current firewall settings on my router. (these are the default ones)
I dont have a software firewall.

please help. Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks.

Log in to your router and decrease the MTU Size to 1437 and ur connection will start working fine.

Get the latest zonealarm pro if you had the old version... it doesnt work with the latest dns resolution patch from microsoft.

Setting the Internet Zone Security permission slider from high to medium should make it work. This is a temporary fix though.
