Angry Local Area Network problem


hi friends
i am using mtnl triband which suxx to the core
my problem is that sometimes when i open heavy sites such as facebook etc. the lan connection icon in the system tray stops blinking and stops responding
after this happens i cant disable the connection due to which my comp does not shut down immidiately and the end now screen shows up
after i select end now(while shutting down) the desktop becomes blank and it stays like that for a long time(5-10 mins.).Then i have to directly off the switch of my comp.
sad
wat should i do?
can anyone help me?

may be there is a virus in your system. Get a full scan your system with well update KAV or NOD32.

After the system tray icon stops blinking and responding, did you try closing browser/ending browser process and turning off the router?
