problem running utorrent and browsing internet at same time

hi friends, my problem is when utorrent is running i am not able to surf internet. browser i used mostly is Firefox, but others r not working too(IE,OPERA etc.)

You have either:

1. Maxed out your download and/or upload speed with utorrent running

2. You have too many incoming connections enabled in utorrent

3. You changed the default value for maximum halfopen TCP connections in windows and/or utorrent

4. All of the above

...or something else that I missed because I just got up (good morning )
