Antivirus
I have installed Nortan Antivirus 2005.But It gives an error
(Norton AntiVirus Auto-Protect cannot load bcoz yur virus prouction updates are not valid.Please use LiveUpdate to download & install new virus Protection updates).Please help me.

is that a legal copy ?? or downloaded frm warez sites ???
nyway do as suggested .. run live update .. update all ur sig files nd see what happens ...
nd it wud be better if u go in for KAV antivirus .. frewware... not at all resource hungry nd best of all FREEWARE !!

Yeah LiveUpdate will solve this... or
... put a DIGIT DVD/CD of last few months which have a Symantec Intellinegt Updater in your drive... and run it...

Yea.....u need to run LiveUpdate.
That shud rectify ur problem.......but only if uv got a leagal copy of NAV 2005

n if it aint a legal copy dude, sugest switch over to bitdefender, avast or avg. they r free and i think better !!!!!!!!!!!

BitDefender Free version has no real time scanner, and hence it's a crippled freeware. AVG, Avast and AntiVir are the only full fledged free AVs.

AVG is working good for me,it detects many virus, trojans & also you can update it daily which secures from being attacked.
