Kaspersky is hanging my system!!!gives a error.Pls help.

my system config is as follows-
2.8 Gz Pentium 4 (H.T) processor(the hot one)
915 GAV Intel orignal motherboard
1.75 GB
Segate 250GB+320GB Harddisk

i installed kaspersky 7.0.1.325 c.d on my system.earlier it was working fine but recently it has started causing problems for me.
my system suddenly hangs and after some time a window pops up saying "Previous application launch failed." in this kaspersky lists some files which it asks to send. i click cancel,then the system works fine ,then after sometime it would againg hang and the same error will pop up.i even clicked on the send button but nothing happens.

use AVAST antivirus its best one for home users (free edition), u can download it from my weblink http://h1.ripway.com/worldofy2j

Go to Settings > Update > uncheck Update application modules > OK

Then update your antivirus signature and after the update go back to

Settings > Update > check Update application modules > OK

thanks for the reply but i removed it and now using nod32 and comodo.

I think Avast is quite wimpy and does not work well. If Avast was free, every AV company would have to close!
