@MostWanted
--plz search forum b4 posting new threads..

well coming to ur query....
u can create 2 type of avatars ... an still image like GIGACORE's or an Animated like ur own or mine...

for still avatar u would need an photo editing soft..like Photoshop or a free GIMP (equally good)....

for animated u would need PhotoShop (no doubt) and an GIF creator software...
I used Ulead GIF Animator to create mine....

thank you very much sude.
i have ulead animator and tried it.
but saving any image have sometimes 30 kb or more.
i tried resizing but it makes very small but size also now is 20 kb on 80*64.
removing some frames make its size 15.3 kb but animation quality is lost.
tell me how to make better quality for the forums 15.6 kb

Help me gentlemans please.

I know many geeks are here.
but why you guys not helping in this small problem?

Well Mostwanted..

we are always here to help each other...
dnt worry..

and regarding ur query...
well u can see in ulead gif anim.. there are several options to optimise the size of the output.. try out those..
OR else
try another softs available at http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...e+Search&meta=

but remember the smaller the size ... either u have to reduce frames OR u have to compromise with quality...

Do search 'Resize GIF animation online', there a lot of sites which are able to resize gif animation without effecting quality of animated image.

Adobe Imageready can also create GIF animation.
