How to install mobo. drivers

guys my cousin has reinstalled xp but he doesnt hav drivers for audio and video...now the problem is he doesnt even know his mobo model no. except that its intel...
i tried using "unknown device identifier" software but its of no use. Now wht to do??

Try opening the cpu. There might be a stikker or label with model num printed
