Install XP from a PenDrive ???

I have .nrg image file of Win XP Pro SP2...
& now i want to install XP thru pendrive

What r the steps 4 dat ???

Is it ...like this

1.Mount Image in Demon tools
2.Copy Contents 2 the pendrive
3.restart windows...
4.Change the first boot device to usb/pendrive
5.Then Boot from pendrive
6.install
7.dats it!!!

if in step 2...simply copying the content make the pendrive bootable ???
