FreeProxy software

I have installed a software called FreeProxy thats supposed to act as a proxy server. If I use it on a single PC, how to? Btw see this error I got while installing ZoneAlarm and tell me if u can understand anything

Validation failed for C:\Windows\System32\vsmonapi.dll

which version of zonealarm were u using ???

at which point did u recvd this error message ??

at the time of installing ??
after restart ???

were using ny previous version of zonelarm ??

ny other firewall ru using ??

I dont remember the version but it was installed from the Jan issue of Digit DVD. I downloaded the update from the zonelabs site and after installing, the computer refused to boot up. I had to uninstall it in safe mode and after that when I try to install, this message shows up.
