try this - windows bug
a) Open IE, press alt+f to open menu
b) Press windows+d to minimize all screen

you will see the menu hanging on the screen

i tried it in Win XP, i dont kno abt other OS

Yep. Its a known thing. Even you'll get the same behavior in Windows Explorer.
