Default usiGetskin failed problem in Avast in vista


I have installed Avast 4 Home edition on my vista laptop.It was working fine till today when it gave me an error after checking memeory that "usiGetskin failed,please read the FAQ for help.The FAQ lists the way for windows XP and older versions but not vista.I cant find anything on the net too.

I find this solution on avast site, But it for Xp and previous virsions. Not sure but You can try xp solution on vista.
1. Select START -> RUN...
2. Enter the following command:
* If you have Windows NT or 2000:
C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\REGSVR32.EXE ACTSKIN4.OCX
* If you have Windows 95, 98 or ME:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\REGSVR32.EXE ACTSKIN4.OCX
* If you have Windows XP:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\REGSVR32.EXE ACTSKIN4.OCX
3. Press OK (or Enter).
4. A message saying that the file was successfully registered should appear.

I already tried the XP one.It's not working.Anyways thanks
