adding album art to mp3 files.

Any specific software which does job of adding album art on the fly to the mp3 file while its being played. I do have the album Art with me, just that its not a part of the mp3 file.
iTunes does that perfectly, Windows media player asks for path each album art jpeg(no drag drop which can be pain when u have lots of files).

So any utility to make the work easy.
