Torrent woes !!

Hii there. I downloaded some video file from torrent.Now I have a very ill connection of 128kbps, I braved for some 4 days and after all the hassles I was stopped by the "Help us" video.They asked me for a favour that asked for CC details.They say that after I complete the task I will be given a decryptor link and I will be able to watch the movie. Now have anyone of you'll faced anything like that. Please help me out. A 701 MB file is just of 3 mins. I need some way to decryptit. Please help me out.

Yup I know that illegal torrent discussions are not allowed and hence I have not taken any names. So it is fake, guess I have to delete it. OH no!!!!
