How to remove items from taskbar???

I need to remove the items in taskbar when minimized and appear those in system tray.........Is der any way to do this without installing any software???

Start - Run - Msconfig , and in Msconfig box go to startup and uncheck which u dont need and restart. It wil work fine

addl options : rt click tackbar > properties > taskbar

I meant taskbar...not system tray....I just wanted to know whether der is any way to hide items when minimized from taskbar.....
