Question problem again



friend i m getting this error message again & again on my screen please tell me how to clarify it & why it is coming on screen..

from 1 week my net dissconecting problems is also occurring , my net is also disconnected after 17 mins...please sort out my problem....

microsoft windows XP proffesional version 2002
service pack 2, intel(r) pentium(r) 4 cpu 2.66GHz
248 MB of RAM

using- AVAST antivirus professional updated regurarly
