how do i save embedded images from mail in outlook 2007

I'm using Microsoft Outlook 2007 & I need to be able to save images that are embedded in my e-mails. I used to be able to right click on the image & click Save As but that's not an option for some reason in 2007. Anybody know how I can save embedded images in Outlook 2007?? I'm looking for an easy way, I would rather not have to copy, paste it on desktop and then save.

Simply drag and drop your image to desktop. now it will be ask you to save it before you add it to your active desktop.
select yes and save it.
then it will be ask you, if you would like to add it now.
select no.
other option for you to use "Outlook picture extractor" from www.ope2000.com/product/ope/index.html
but it is not free. if you like, you can purchase it.
