plz help find my ethernet card drivers

My confg is-

amd turion 64*2,
1gb ddrX,
hp tablet notebook pc (tx1003au)

i had changed my standard vista to xp...got all drivers but at last m left out wit 3 of em...device manager says somthing like dis...

i did install a nvidia nforce chipset driver but still m not gettin my ethernet driver updated....so my wired lan conn is also not present...wireless is working fine....

i searched through but cudnt find any compatible driver...

as u havent given the appropriate name of the driver...i am also confused..anyways i get most of the download from this...when i need any drivers

@dheeraj: sir ofcourse 1st thing i did was checked was hp website....but as u can c thr they dunt hv network chipset drivers for xp....n i mentioned i installed xp aftr vista....

i downloaded other notebooks driver wich mentioned same but i cant get my lan wired lan ready....

my driver name is nvidia nforce chipset/network driver

abt d second one....it also doesnt hv wat m lukin for....downloading driver update soft now.....but no use it wud scan n ask for a credit card....anyways i can do it free?
