I want a software that can change the Background image of any PIC.

err..what do u mean?

You should cut the foreground neatly and paste it in any bg you want. You have to do it manually.
Google for image editing softwares.

Yeah, like GIMP, or Adobe Photoshop, or Paint Shop Pro
