Help needed fast....!..Spyware ,adware virus?..duno which

I recently downloaded some idiotic file rapidhshare flash get something it all cozed the problem...Der is a process running 6176.exe which i saw through the tune up utilities process manager coz my task manager is not accesible...i think it is utilizin my net speed too coz it has dec..it is residing in c:/documents and settings/user/application data/microsoft/dtsc/6176.exe....I have avast it dint detect anything..If i terminate the process thro tune up process manger it comes up again and again so am not able to delete the file too...task manger not working too..wat to do?...Any techis help plz...I cant access safe mode plz dont say do anythin thro tat..in safe mode it gets stopped at log on onl mouse pointer is der cant do anything...Any help plz?...

Prevx is seriously bad for a computer. Prevx is VERY GOOD when it comes to detecting malware. It acts as an antivirus + antispyware + rootkit detector. Furthermore, it has one of the best heuristics engines in the world. Believe me, I tried it. But, what's wrong with is, it #$%^ the computer. The windows turns completely foobar after Prevx installs its driver. Only a clean install can "cure" a computer of prevx infestation. It slows down programs, alerts every second, and you need to answer ten prompts to play a game.

it happens then also if you have some good secutity suite or Firewall like ZA or KIS. I use KIS and know how many pop ups are needed to attend to run Bioshock or any simple prog. Its annoying but good if u use internet and browse unsafe

No rhitwick, I use ZAP and NOD32 now, and used KAV before (blacklisted

) And PrevX shows twice as many prompts as ZA. He can uninstall, but the effects are permanent. System stability is drastically reduced, and it slows down. I used it for good 2 months, then did a clean install.

I used this soft Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware ..it helped me lot..Now my com is working as it shud..Thanks a lot...

yea my internet explorer is not working...It doesnt load many pages..Whenever i open avast script blocker opens wit tat and the page is redirected to http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx...This also doesnt open..I did internet controller it also dint help..

i wonder if this isnt a virus called brontok or rontok...
but i dnt think it is similar to my problem last time...
whenever i tried to open any site...goole.com it opened something porn site instead...i tried google.com too and again same that porn site...hehhe lastly...i just could take it no more and i did format my computer and everything is fine....thanks god!!
