very slow pc. posted hijackthis log

recently my pc seems to have become very slow
i had a few apyware.. which avg8 & spybot detected.. they were removed . but its still slow

my config

Amd athlon 64 3500+
512 mb ddr ram

remove all non-microsoft start-ups. should help make yr pc startup and run faster.

Mayb sme worms stil workin in stealth. See taskmanager wts eatin up resources. Use task killer a software

mmm.exe is a security risk. there is no info abt the name of the virus/ spyware. update ur virus definitions of both spybot and avg. boot in safe mode and scan again. the virus should be removed. if it isnt, try manually deleting C:\Program Files\HACE\Mmm\Mmm.exe if u cant, then try deleting it with software like unlocker which was provided on the digit disks. tell if this solves the prob. if it doesnt, well well decide wat to do later. if it does solve the prob, b pleased and install a firewall as well along with ur current software.

mmm.. is a software which helps me edit the contex menu.. which comes up when u right click something.. its been on my pc for a year... No spyware or virus found.. as such.. i think.. its something in stealth or maybe avg 8 & spybot teatimer are takin a lot of memory in my old pc.. i used to have only avg 7.5 before which was very light
