Problem with directx9.0c

hello friends,

two days ago i reinstalled need for speed most wanted for my younger brother.

the game installed successfully, but when i try to run it, it does'nt starts. it gives me an directx error.

i downloaded & installed directx & found it useless as it dont help me out.

please reply me soon, as my other apps too have to give me errors.

Update ur gfx card's drivers.

sorry bro, but i dont have any graphics card. i use intel gma.

That's what I meant, update its drivers from the Intel website.

Does most wanted work with gma? check it out at www.systemrequirementslabs.com

and if its a dx problem, get

His gfx driver is dated 1/13/2007. Very, very old. NFS MW is supported on Intel 915:

Video card with 32 MB or more memory and one of these chipsets is required: ATI Radeon 7500 or greater; ATI Radeon Xpress 200; NVIDIA GeForce2 MX/GTS or greater; Intel 950/i915g; S3 GammaChrome S18 Pro

I have downloaded the latest dx9.0c march 2008 release & installed it before posting here. but the file (qasf.dll) still shows error.
