Please suggest me a good (paid / free) software. I have a large no. of Microsoft Word files where there are miscellaneous types of judgements, Circulars, Notifications etc. I just want that whenever I search for a Keyword, (say, "Policy Matter"), those among the MS Word files will be shown whereever there lies the word "Policy Matter".

You can just use windows search. Use the "A Word or Phrase in file" box. Or You can go with Turbo Searcher, which is my favourite search utility I found it better compared to nero indexer, google desktop search, windows desktop search, and some more which I have tried.
