DVD Player. With DIVX XVID Support.

Hi Friends,

My cousin in hostel, wanna buy a DVD Player.

1. It should play both NTSC+PAL formats.
2. It should have DivX and Xvid Support.
3. CD-RW , DVD-RW Support.

Please suggest decent inexpensive player.

Philips DVP5965K/96, one of the best, also there is a similar older(read "cheaper") model DVP5960. They have a good array of players like Philips DVP3986/94 & Philips DVP5150/94.

Moserbaer & TechCom too have one. And not to forget, LG has some like the LGDVB418, DVX 392H & DMP BD30EG-K.

But if u want low price and great features/performance, don't forget looking into the Mitashi DIVX-999.
