Default Plz help....

Hi everybody, i own a brand new DELL XPS M1530 laptop but sad to say is giving up some problems. Initially the laptop was not starting which got okay when the harddisk was replaced by Dell. And now its working perfectly ok except for a problem that when i start my system after say around an hour, it takes a lot of time in booting and finally a blue screen comes with a lot of things written ("your computer will be restarted so as to avoid any damage to the comp............"). Then it gets restarted and starts working perfectly ok. if i restart at this point,it does it normally. The blue screen and the self-restarting stuff happens everytime if the system is shut down for some time. Also sometimes a notification comes up when it gets started:-
