MP3 player?

Hey, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a flash based mp3 player with decent memory(4-8 gigs i suppose).
Sound quality is paramount, anything else is secondary. Please don't mention the apple i-pod, mainly because I just don't like them.
Budget shouldn't be a problem, I can go upto 8-9k, but the cheaper the better

You can bag a Creative with that budget. The Creative Zen 4 GB would come near 7000 INR and it is about the size of a credit card. Plays MP3|WMA|AAC, and Videos too. You can get it via ebay.in as well.

Cowon Player can easily compete with ipods on audio quality.

Actually, Creative Zen 4 gig costs 5.3k and 8gig costs around 8k. Real stead for that money.

Cowon is the direct competitor to iPod's. But I have no idea which models are available in India and no idea about pricing .If you are getting them from US, don't look at anything other than Cowon D2.

compete... they win hands down... if u prefer performance over de looks doint even of de ipod... go 4 'cowon iAudio 7' awesome sound quality and almost double battery life than de ipod nano.
creative r also good but they dont hav good battery life...
