Question some cds do not read. what to do??


some cds do not read on my lg dvd drive, even new cds which i take out of the box. i have no idea whats wrong, some read while others dont! somebody help.........

Dvd drive may be faulty... check those not working cd/dvds in another computer. If they dont work, fault with the discs. If they work, if under warranty, replace the drive. If not, flash it with latest firmware.

i too have a lg dvd drive and some dvds dont read . it reads very well on my laptop though.

^^+1 for that, if the disks work with isobuster, change your drive. if not, change your disk.

really a bad impression for lg.
toooooo many guys stating read/write error in dis forum.
guys,......... i must say lg guys are assembling parts after alcoholic party.

anyway, optical drive is going worst. if it is under warrantly get replaced not rapaired. if you repair it, after few days it will act the same again.
