Norton Internet Security Not Working Properly

Hello Friends,
I am facing a problem with Norton Internet Security 2005....
when ever i click the Status & settings>Personal Firewall in NIS panel and click on Configure it shows the following error msg.:

An Error Has occurred in the script on this page.
Line:166
Char:5
Error: Automation Server can't create object.
Code:0
URL: res:\\nisplug.dll\\programcontrol.htm

i have reinstalled it two-three times. works well in the begining, but aftersome time problem continues.....
Please Help.

Why don't you call support?

they always help.
My experience with them has been good.
But you would need a Licensed copy.

Thanks for your kind reply, But when i opened the link and click on "India-English" it shows the following error msg. :
Unable to connect.

what could be the problem!
i'm using Mozilla Firefox.

Hi m8..

You are getting a script error..this normally happens if you have upgraded your IE to ver 7 or 8.

If that's true, then degrade your IE to ver 6.

For getting support, use IE, FF is not supported for online chat support.

Note - Ask me, I am working for support, wil giv solution even if you use pirated ones.
