Problem !!!!!!!!!

I have two problem in my PC.
Config. Windows XP prof.
1GB RAM,Core 2 Duo E4500,160GB HDD

PROBLEM:
At startup two problem shows on the screen says
1.This application has failed to start because PROPSYS.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
2. Visual Task tips has encountered a problem and need to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience

Visual Task Tips is a lightweight shell enhancement utility. It provides thumbnail preview image for each task in the Windows Taskbar, as seen in the Microsoft Windows Vista.

uninstall it in safe mode

as for PROPSYS.dll, search for it to find wherer it is located in the PC, get a copy from afreedll.com or from your XP disk and copy to relevant location...

problem not solved. a new problem.........
should i format my pc.
propsys.dll in this case it say it not right file

not need to format ur os...just install a program named "Ccleaner" provided in every month's digit's cd/dvd. click on tools->startup & remove unknown startup programs.

clean registry, & then restart ur system....it will work fine.
