Fedora problem!!

i was installing Fedora given in the Digit DVD. But was not able to use my mouse and Keyboard after the complete installation. But when i plug the USB mouse ,It was working in ... wat could be the problem???

I have faced the same problem some time before on Mandrva linux.
My mouse was not working on it while it works fine on windows.
I change my mouse and other works fine.
I is a compatiblity problem perhaps.
