Anti Virus supports or not C & D drives at a time?
If there are two operating systems. The one is on the C drive and the other is on the D drive. If Anti virus is on the C drive, then will all the datas on the D drive will be safer or not, that is, from Virus problems?

You would have to install AntiVirus on both the OS so that you get the protection when you are using the OS which currently doesn't have the antivirus. Although you can scan your both drives right now. But since you aren't having an AntiVirus on 1 OS, that OS won't provide real time scanning and thus your PC may get infected. So it is best to install the AntiVirus in both OSes.
