Default BackUp help


I want to is there any software which makes an exact backup of the whole OS, like One touch key recovery in Lenovo machines. I want it for my PC which is a custom assembled.

now if you buy an external drive on which you intend to back up your data, you will have some good software and also the one button back up option. your choices are seagate/ lacie etc.
alternatively acronis has some good backup things in their stable. acronis true image and norton ghost are good.
