Unhappy Malware alarm creating havoc

I am running vista home premium in my laptop, yesterday it got infected with this malware alarm virus, what i does that it opens up crap websites as soon as you open your browser, and slowed down my system as hell. I got the KIS from office installed it, did a scan it found some trojans, removed them. But still that malware alarm thing is there. Any help to remove this thing will be much appreciated as my system is just slogging like anything

1.install avast antivirus and update it.
2.install adaware 2007 and update it.
3.install spyware teminator or spybot search and destroy with latest definition.
4.boot into safe mode.
5.desable the system restore.
(all software must be latest).
6.through scan from all your system.
it may be possible some essensial files may be deleted.
repair your system.
