Default Virus Present in C drive

Hello Friends Last time i had posted same problem kindly give me step by step procedure to remove that virus manually. it is that same virus that disabled my registry editor Task manager, and Folder options has been disappeared. None of internet security suites mentioned in this forum could remove tht virus including AVG.
